In each of our clubs we build our signature Arena’s where our Arena Coaches will deliver classes that will inspire, educate, motivate and push you to your limits. Experience the very latest functional training in Blood, Sweat & Tears, push the heart rate using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) principles in Tread & Shred or work on your fitness and combat skills in Rumble.

Blood, Sweat & Tears

Prepare to make FAT cry with our Blood, Sweat & Tears class. This high-intensity workout combines functional, Olympic, and bodyweight movements to give you the ultimate full-body workout in just 45 minutes. From kettlebell swings to burpees and everything in between, this class will push your limits and leave you feeling stronger, fitter, and more empowered than ever before.

Tread & Shred

Burn up to 600 calories per session with our Tread & Shred class. This fast-paced workout combines treadmill intervals, strength training, and mat work to deliver maximum results in minimal time. With little to no rest in between exercises, Tread & Shred will challenge your endurance, elevate your heart rate, and push you to your limits. Get ready to sweat, shred, and transform your body from the inside out.

Rumble

Get ready to unleash your inner warrior with our Rumble class. This hard-hitting session is all about explosive speed, footwork, and willpower. With a combination of boxing skills, drills, and bodyweight exercises, Rumble is not just a workout – it's a battle between you and your bag. Learn the foundations of boxing, perfect your punching and kicking combos, and leave it all on the mat as you push yourself to new heights.

BURN & TONE (45min)

Burn & Tone is a free-weight, barbell, and bodyweight workout suited for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit – fast. The class focuses on functional movements and getting the heart rate up while burning calories and building muscle.

BOOTY QUAKE (45min)

Why be moody when you can tone your Booty. Get your cheeky booty growing in this fun Booty Shaking, Quaking class.

Blitz Arms (15min)

Get your arms looking fit, toned, and ready to punch Popeye the sailor.

CORE WITH BALLS (30min)

Gain Core strength with the use of stability and medicine balls.

ENDURANCE RIDE (90min)

Our Instructors will challenge your stamina and IGNITE the fire within you as you ride. 

ENERGY RIDE (45min)

Get high with our high-energy Instructor who will challenge your fitness and leg strength in this RIDE class.  This class is low-impact and great for developing extreme leg strength as well as building excellent cardiovascular fitness.  

FOAM ROLL AND STRETCH (30min)

This class involves static and dynamic stretches to improve flexibility and eliminate muscle tightness. Foam roll and stretch your way to suppleness after a hard day’s training session.

HIIT The BARRE (45min)

You’ll never want to HIIT any other Bar after this workout.

HIIT The Barre is a rigorous 45min workout that blends elements from different exercise styles including Plyometrics, Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga to help sculpt the lower body and improve posture.

HIIT HAPPENS (45min)

Step is an invigorating and effective full body cardio workout for anyone looking to get fit and tone up. Basic stepping is at the heart of STEP. Cardio blocks push the body into high gear, burning up to 600 PLUS calories from each workout. Step increases cardio fitness, while lunges, squats and other exercises work the legs and glutes to tone and strengthen the muscles.

INSANITY (30min)

This is a high-intensity functional training session with specialised instructors who take your body where it has never been before. In each class, you are pushed, motivated, and inspired to work hard and achieve your fitness goals. This specialised form of weight, endurance and athletic training is a total body workout; comprised of a combination of interval training, functional training, core stability, and agility training.

MOVEIT, SHAKEIT (60min)

A choreographed dance class that can help you burn calories through dance. Our instructors set the pace and combine different rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

PILATES (60min)

Low-impact, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance.

POWER BOX (60min)

A 60min high-energy boxing-inspired, whole-body workout that builds superior fitness and core strength. Totally non-contact and with no complex moves to master, POWER BOX  is incredibly popular all around the world. This class will motivate you to punch and kick your way to fitness, burn a TON of calories to upbeat cultural music.

RISE & RIDE (45min)​

A low-impact wake-up, shake-up RIDE class. Our instructors will help you Rise-up before work, from adjusting your seat to adjusting your leg speed, all you need to do is go go go.

STEP (45min)

Step up and get equipped with an invigorating and effective full-body workout for anyone looking to get owned. Grab a step and punish yourself.

TAEBO (45min)

Sometimes Hiit Happens and it leaves you breathless. This workout incorporates short bursts of high-intensity exercises followed by shorter rest periods.

TrampHIITlean (45min)

Please yourself by bouncing on a Mini trampoline. The go-to fitness tool for a joint-friendly cardio workout, calorie-burning fiesta.

YOGA (60min)

Move from one pose to the next while connecting breath to movement.  Incorporating strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and physical and mental stamina.
