For security reasons, you are required to provide a copy of your Identity Document, Passport or Driver’s Licence to access the gym. 

Guest Terms and Conditions:

I accept that the purpose of the guest voucher is to familiarise me with Ignite Fitness facilities, memberships, and fees and I consent to have these aspects explained to me and I consent to being contacted by a consultant. I warrant that I am in good physical condition, and I am not aware that I have any disability or ailment, which would be adversely affected by my participation in a physical conditioning program or by the use of the Club’s facilities, equipment, or services.

Gym Rules:

I agree to obey the club rules as amended from time to time.

The gym rules are available in the club or on our website at www.ignitefitness.com. The rules may also be verbally communicated to you.

Limitation of Liability:

I agree and acknowledge that Ignite Fitness will not be liable for death, injury, loss, or damage suffered by me or contributed to by any cause whatsoever including but not limited to any negligent act and/or omission or breach of contract on the part of Ignite Fitness, its directors, employees, contractors, independent consultants, or members. I agree and acknowledge that I enter upon and exit the premises (inclusive of parking areas) and use the equipment and facilities entirely at my own risk. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Ignite Fitness, its directors, employees, contractors, independent consultants, or members against any claims instituted by me and/or my estate. In addition, I agree that Ignite Fitness shall not be vicariously liable for any loss of damage suffered by me and / or other members because of the acts of its employees, independent contractors, consultants, or members.
